These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of guardianpestnj.com (the “Site”) and the communications, including text messages, provided by Guardian Preventative Termite & Pest Control (“Guardian,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Cherry Hill, NJ. By using the Site or contacting us through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site describes our pest control, termite, rodent, wildlife, and related services in South Jersey and lets you request a price or a call back. Information on the Site is general in nature. It is not a substitute for an on-site inspection, and it is not professional advice about your specific property.

2. Quotes and services

Submitting a form, sending a chat message, or calling us is a request for information, not a contract. Prices discussed by phone, text, or chat are estimates based on what you tell us and may change after we see the property. Any service we perform is governed by the service agreement, invoice, or written terms we provide for that job, which control if they conflict with these Terms.

3. Text messaging (SMS) terms

Program name: Guardian Preventative customer messaging.

What you will receive: when you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, for example through our website chat or contact form, we may send you text messages about your inquiry, quotes, scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-up on service. If you separately agree to marketing messages, we may also send occasional offers and seasonal reminders.

  • Message frequency varies based on your request and your service schedule.
  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
  • Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. To rejoin, reply START.
  • Help: reply HELP to any message, call (856) 565-3330, or email guardianpestnj@gmail.com.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to get a quote or buy any service from us.
  • Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • You confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you give us, and you agree to tell us if that number changes.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false information or someone else’s contact details without their permission.
  • Use the Site to send spam or any unlawful, harassing, or harmful content.
  • Interfere with the Site’s operation or security, or attempt to access it by automated means in a way that burdens it.

5. Intellectual property

The Site’s content, including text, photos, logos, and design, belongs to Guardian or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without our written permission.

6. Reviews and third-party links

The Site displays customer reviews and links to third-party sites such as Google and Facebook. Reviews reflect the opinions of the customers who wrote them. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current. Any warranty on pest control work is stated only in the written agreement for that work.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guardian is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or our messaging. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or any rights you have under a written service agreement with us.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept them.
